Review It is very important how a customer feels when they arrive at An Auto Body shop! The anxiety in which you are in because of whatever occurred can be very overwhelming! I can say that I was immediately put at ease and the assurance of being taken care was from the beginning to the end! Michelle was wonderful in her communications to me (texts, cellphone and emails) and explained everything! I was in good hands. James also was clear on the replacement of my bumper and fog light… and very accommodating. No hiccups. Stephanie was very helpful in my pickup when all was completed. My 2005 MB ML350 SUV (referred to as Old Betsy) was restored and looking great ! Byron” s Patterson Auto Body I would absolutely recommend and do appreciate their establishment! Top notch! Thank you!
