C & A has always done great work, and I’ve appreciated their service in the past. However, my recent experience was disappointing. After being rear-ended, I was told my car would be ready after hours, but I missed a voicemail about the taillight still being damaged. I was told I could pick up the car and return for the additional repair, but that wasn’t convenient, so I left it at the shop. While I should’ve checked my voicemail, I would’ve appreciated a note or some communication in the car, especially since I missed the call. It was frustrating to see my car still damaged without any explanation. Additionally, my key was left in the cupholder instead of under the floor mat, as promised. When I called the next day about the remaining damage, I felt dismissed, as though my concerns were being questioned. If the damage was always there, fine, but I hadn’t noticed it before. Overall, I’m left with a bad feeling.
