Highly unprofessional customer service, would never recommend friends or family to come here. Still left over 900$ worth of damages to my car after being “fixed” inner and outer tire rods were still bent. Also the front bumper paintwork had hairs, trash, and dirt all in the paint work. On top of all this, I received my brand new 2023 Jetta 2 months later with a huge hex bolt in my passenger front tire.. Very disappointed with this shop and would NEVER recommend to anyone.

After finding out we still had over 900$ worth of damages from the dealership, we took it back immediately and let them know about it. The shop was unprofessional when seeing the same car back in the shop and never addressed all the scratches and trash in the paintwork, left it the same as first time. I let them know this is a brand new 2023 right off the lot, I shouldn’t have all these problems with my new car. Paint work, new scratches all over my car, nail in my brand new front passenger tire, not even 4,000 miles on them.

Scratches on vehicle not there prior, paint is not closely matched on repairs, and the paint that was applied is orange peeled. And over spray on windows that I cannot remove.body lines are also not matched up
