C&H Body and Fender, Inc. was established in 1979. For over 40 years, we have been serving the island of Oahu. We are a family owned and operated business. Our mission is to provide the safest and best quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We are truly grateful and blessed to be able to serve the people of Hawaii for 4 decades. We are a full service collision repair facility centrally located in Kalihi Kai. We have a new enclosed facility of 12,00 sq ft with an additional storage lot.

Staff is very nice, prompt and informative. They kept me apprised of the repair, communicated with the car rental to make sure they were aware at each step.

The repair was easy. Communication from the start was very good and informative, staff was friendly and courteous. Deadline for the repair was kept. Communication with Enterprise was done for me.

They know what good customer service is and always exceeded my expectations. I have recommended them to others.

Excellent service which is very rare to experience in this age where companies don’t want to communicate with their customers. They use the right amount of phone calls and texts to let me know how the repair is progressing.

It was easy to work with them, but I'm not sure the timeframe was worth it.

Customer service and communication was good and they did a good job with the repairs, but I'm disappointed by the the timeline and how long it took.

C&H has to be the body shop of choice. Family & friends will be delighted with their professional service & repairs.

The staff at C&H are fantastic. They personally call you to give you updates on the repairs. The estimate for completion was 3-4 weeks & they finished in 2 weeks. The entire driver’s side panels had to be replaced & the workmanship was spectacular. The paint beautifully blended & my car is better than brand spanking new. Thank you thank you!

The office staff was extremely considerate and accommodating and the shop guys did a fantastic job.

Engaged, thoughtful and kept me informed and in the loop. Only reason not a 10 is because the text updates stoppedat a certain point and i had to call
