"I have very high standards for the things I do, as well as for the service I receive from others, and I was truly impressed by the service and attention at this body shop. From the reception staff to the excellent service provided by Angel N, the whole team is outstanding. The two receptionists—whose names I don't know, though it's always the same two ladies—are great, and Angel N is always kind, respectful, and smiling, which puts you at ease. There was also a gentleman from the office—I’m not sure if he’s the owner or the manager—who was very cordial; he took me to see my van and assured me that everything would be fixed, and it was. It’s also important to mention the workers we don't usually see because they are inside the shop doing the actual labor; thanks to them—the ones performing the repairs and doing everything necessary to get the vehicles ready for customers—the job gets done"
