The battery was corroded and and the connections to tightened back down on top of the corrosion when I came to pick up the car. One of the guys with glasses was very helpful jumping off the car. However, I stopped to pick my child up from school and forgot to leave it running. The car would not start when I returned with my child. My wife had to leave work early to come pick us up. We then drove an 1.25th round trip to go get tools to scrape off the corrosion. I understand that this was not part of the repairs. However, someone else might not recommend having work done at your repair shop if they had this experience. The mechanic could have simply fixed that complimentary. Or, he or she could have given me a call and asked if I’d like to pay for the extra repair. Poor communication is the only thing that makes me not rate this shop a ten.

My automobile looks great after being damaged! The repair work was done with excellence! You kept me up to date on the status of the work being done which was greatly appreciated. Plus, my automobile was ready for pick up much sooner than expected. You provided the best customer service. This Nissan owner has referred others to your professional company already.
