My experience with Cahaba Collision Center was wonderful with all credit going to LaWana Dabney. I am thrilled to get this survey because my intent was to reach out on my own. Ms. Dabney was one of the most proactive and informative people I have ever worked with. She was giving me updates long before the insurance adjuster got around to contacting me. Even if there wasn't any new information, she reached out to let me know what she had done on her end. She even coordinated a recall review while my car was there to spare me time later. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience thanks to Ms. Dabney. This was a really frustrating scenario and Geico was VERY slow to work with but CCC was a bright light in the process. I have already recommended your service to others.

The work done on my Mustang was exemplary, however the communication could have been much better. My neighbor was paying for the repair and opted to pay out of pocket, rather than go through their insurance based on the estimate provided. When I came to pick my car up, the cost was around $660 dollars more than the original estimate. I was told that I was emailed a revised estimate, but I did not receive any email. I had no opportunity to present that revised estimate to my neighbor, and did not feel it was fair to ask them for the additional cost after the fact. I ended up paying the additional cost myself. While I was very pleased with the work done, I wish the communication had been better.

Tyler and Lawanna were very courteous, polite, pleasant patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful during my visit. David did an excellent job repairing the bumper of my Lexus.
