Tim and everyone else at Caldwell Collision were so easy to work with. They handled everything between the insurance company and car rental place. I didn’t have to lift a finger other then dropping my car off. Even after finding more damage then originally thought; Tim contacted the at fault insurance and everything was taken care of. They kept me updated throughout the process and even took note of my sleeping schedule and called me in the afternoons. They went above and beyond here! And of course my car looks great, and doesn’t even look like the accident happend!

My experience was 1st class all the way. I was very impressed with the entire situation, but especially when Tim told me the 1st bumper that was delivered as replacement for the damaged bumper didn't meet his standards and therefore he ordered a Volvo bumper. He didn't have to do that, but because of his high standards for customer satisfaction, he went with what he knew was quality. Thank you to the entire staff for a job well done.
