Being apart of an accident is unappealing and stressful even if is a little Deer is the factor. Going through the process was made easier going through the process with your service was calming and reduce stress in the process. Entering your business to get an insurance quote for the repairs I became less stressful and comfortable with the decision to have your company to perform the repairs to my vehicle. I was comfortable with updates to the process including removing damage to ordering replacement parts. However, the electronics became a problem but was addressed and resolved while eliminating some of the unknown issues. The repairs were made with quality skills and assistance from the dealer to resolve the issues to complete the necessary repairs I am very satisfied with the finished project Many thanks for a job well performed. Having an accident is unnerving and stressful even involving a small deer. The total process was comforting even though Time delay with the Cala ration of the electronic issues with the car Having a rental car available made the process smooth and less stressful. The Mackey repair shop was a really good place for having my vehicle repaired. They were friendly people and did an excellent job on repairs! They were more than reasonabley priced....much lower than other estimates I had done! Their workmanship was first class! I would use O. W. Mackey for ANY future repairs I may need!
