I would highly recommend to anyone who needs body repairs to take their vehicle to Lockman’s Body Shop.Not only does my truck look great,Randal and the staff went to bat for me when the insurance company tried to give me a hard time about doing the repairs that needed to be done. I’ve done business with Lockmans before and have always been highly satisfied.Thanks to all for all their good work and professionalism

The car's fiscal apperiance is good , but there are other problems. A wheel had to be replaced and now the car doesn't recognize the tire pressure monitoring system. Lockman's sent us to a tire shop that wasn't able to fix the monitoring system and was told by my insurance company not to take it back to Lockman's. I was told to find a mechanic and have it evaluated. I feel this should have been part of the wheel and tire repair. The body shop part of the repair is good, but not everything is working.

They are easy to talk with and seem to care.

Getting my car fixed after the collision was an easy, stress free experience, thanks to Randall and the staff at Lockmans Body Shop. They sent frequent text updates, answered every call I made to them, communicated with the insurance company and rental company and even cleaned up my car to look spotless upon pick up. The owner opened my car door at every transition and helped me move my stuff from one vehicle to the other. My car looks perfect and exceptional customer service.
