Great service. Worked well with insurance. When adjusters were slow responding to requests, they notified me @ I was able to speed the adjusters through my agent. When, through no fault of theirs, the wrong parts were delivered @ my rental coverage expired, they covered it until my repair was finished. My car looks like it just came from the showroom. I would recommend Caldwell Collison to anyone who needs body work.

All I have are compliments for Caldwell Collision. They took my car on time and dealt with the insurance company. They did need my help to get the adjusters acting in a timely fashion. Due to trouble getting the adjusters to work in a timely fashion, the coverage on my rental expired. To add to the fun, the parts company sent the wrong parts. Since my rental contract had expired, Tim covered the additional rental. When I got the car back, it looked and behaved like it was fresh from the showroom. Even though it took awhile to get it back, my Volvo looks brand new once I received it back. I appreciate how you went out of your way to get the car inspected and made sure everything was in good working order before I picked it up. It also was totally detailed and looks spectacular. Caldwell Collision did an excellent job when fixing my bumper and taking a dent out of my door of my Volvo. It took awhile as they were waiting on parts but they gave it back to me looking like a brand new car! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done in their vehicle!
