The customer service was great. However, it took far too long to do my repair. A new fender should have been ordered to start with instead of trying to “rig” it three times.

My car looks AMAZING. Ivan is the man as well, super respectful, works hard, always looks for the most detailed explanations, and the best experience for the customer.
