Caliber did an amazing job fixing the front bumper cover and the associated parts of my vehicle. Donny helped us the entire process and able to answer questions and kept in touched for the whole process. The work was done correctly and we picked it up on time as it promised. My vehicle was very clean inside and outside. I highly recommend caliber!

I’m glad the vehicle was fixed, however a basic wash or vacuum would have been nice for when the customer picks it up. I’m sure the damage to my vehicle is an isolated incident, it hasn’t happened before in the several times I’ve used caliber. Still waiting on that particular situation to be resolved. Haven’t heard back from caliber about what will happen to get that paint situation fixed.

Friendly people. When it first happened, they did turn me away saying I needed to find out if insurance would use them as provider. I do have a choice of which collision center I want to use so it probably was unnecessary to wait to see.

San Angelo team was friendly but abilene team was not keeping me in the loop and the rental company wasn’t contacted for extensions when the car was not ready by the dates they provided.
