From start; Tracy at Caliber Collision on Leggett Dr. was very helpful and was able to get us in early due to new location on Post Oaks. Donnie at the new location took over and completed our transfer and provided a great experience. Communication was above standard and results were exceptional. Wonderful, wonderful service. All employees were very communicative, polite, and respectful from start to finish. I was in a rush to get my car completed since I go to college out of state, and they both got me in and finished earlier than anticipated (thank you Tracy!). Not only were all damages completely repaired, but they also seemed to have tidied up my pretty messy car. I am so very appreciative and impressed with the service of this location. I cannot recommend Caliber on Post Oak enough, especially Donny!
