All of the staff at Caliber Collision were excellent and incredibly helpful! Donny took the time to walk me through the entire repair process and provided a clear estimated timeframe for my vehicle. Throughout the process, I received regular text updates, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and I got my vehicle back right on schedule. I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely recommend them to others and use their services again if needed!

The work itself was great. Communication of approx time of completion can definitely improve. I received a call around 3pm that it was ready. I live 1 hr away and was at work. I didn’t have time to pick up. I called throughout the time my car was in their possession and no one could give me a time. I tried to be proactive with my availability. Upon pick up when I was finally able to pick up car, office seemed annoyed even though they were respectful. That is why I called and called for updates bc I knew it was going to take some time to coordinate transportation and take off from work. And I had a rental car. I’ll definitely refer caliber bc their work is fantastic, but flexibility and communication certainly is not their strength.

Ivan kept me in the loop as to the status of my repair. They had one trim piece that was slow to arrive, but was able to deliver my Yukon and called me back in when the trim arrived.
