Ivan did a great job keeping us informed of the progress! However I did find a couple of minor issues when.i picked the vehicle up. Just a little more attention to detail would of helped.

Im satisfies with Caliber collision. Ivan was exceptional at communicating the repair status and completing the repairs in a timely manner. However the vehicle had some quality issues that were addressed when picked up and later discovered the emblem on the hatch was not affixed straight on the vehicle.

The repairs took quite a bit of time, however, the team was extremely communicative throughout the process and was diligent in making sure the processes for the repairs moved as efficiently as possible. Very friendly staff and the team did a great job on the repairs. I enjoyed my services!
