Donnie was nice to buff out a scratch that was not part of the damage on the passenger side, ………but apparently no one bothered to inspect the interior of the car where we found some trash and black grease smeared on the plastic molding. Disappointing.

David was amazing. The prior person I had spoken to had told me that my car which had been there since 1/7/26, was waiting on other cars that had been taken into the shop weeks after mine. With no further explanation. David not only explained the wait but personally took over management of the repair process keeping me well informed.
