When I received the car back a safety restraint light was on. They asked me if it had been on previously and I said it hadn't. I had previously had an issue with a few lights, but didn't remember that one. They said they would have someone look at it. When I went to pick it up the next day they didn't mention it until I got in the car and it was on. Then they tried to say it happened when I had seat cover put in. It would be impossible for them to know that. They weren't going to say a word and pass it off as fixed.

A++++ Tracy was amazing at helping me check in and out at the front desk. She is a doll!!! Keep her!!! 🫶🏻 Also, Donnie was absolutely wonderful! He promptly kept me well informed throughout the entire process, and even surprised me by letting me know that the repairs were completed earlier than expected! Both Tracy and Donnie are an essential part of the team there and definitely deserve a raise!👍🏼👍🏼 It’s a blessing for y’all to have two amazing workers with great people skills! It’s rare, these days. Those two are keepers! 💯
