Sal was great and the whole team was excellent. Communication was frequent and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and they even finished early. I have been using Caliber Collision for all of my vehicle repairs in partnership with AAA anytime my vehicle has been involved in an accident and I have always been impressed with their level of service and quality of the repair work that was done. The drop off and pick up process was seamless and Sal at Caliber in Allentown off Airport Road was excellent in explaining the estimate and providing updates on the repair work being done throughout the process. Will definitely be visiting that location again should I ever need a vehicle repairs.

I was very happy with all the service from the front desk when I arrived they offered me coffee while I was sitting there waiting for the tech to come speak to me about my car. They also called Enterprise to let them know I was there. I was informed every time there was a new update with my car...that was the best part. And when I arrived to pick up and pay for my car there was issues with getting my payment to go through but Brittany at the front desk helped me figure it out. I was very pleased with how my car turned out. I will highly recommend calibur collision to anyone that asks about it

Caliber Collision made the entire process super easy. They kept me updated throughout the repair, and their communication was excellent. The team worked closely with Enterprise to make sure I had a rental car when I needed one, and the coordination between the two companies made everything go smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience and really appreciated how easy they made the process. The team was super nice!

I am satisfied with the work done on my car, however when my car was dropped off to my husband, he was told I would get a call about something I saw with my mirror. I have not received a call or heard anything about a mirror. Overall I am satisfied
