We found a paint drip on the body panel where they blended the paint. They offered to fix it, but we haven't had time to bring it back yet.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They also kept us current on the status of our repairs throughout the process. Our insurance company works well with them also which made the process almost seamless for us. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone that might need their services.

Everything was great with the company. I was mildly disappointed with the vender though. It's not the company's fault the wrong parts were sent in several times. The repair looks brand new though as if nothing happened.

Their communication was great! The manager, I believe that was the man who spoke with me, did a fantastic job of making sure things were just as they were prior to the collision. The vehicle looked great and everything worked well!

Really appreciate that I was able to drop it off and get it back in one day without an appointment and that even though the initial repair was a year and a half ago that they still took a look and fixed it!
