These guys did a great job on my rear bumper. Color match was perfect. I liked the text messages letting me know how far along my car was. And they had it done way earlier than the pick up date

My car was in the shop at Caliber Collision for almost two months due to delays with receiving the correct parts (specifically the doors), but I want to emphasize—this was not their fault. Despite the delays, the team kept me updated every step of the way with clear and consistent communication. When I finally got my car back, the repair job was stellar—you can tell they take pride in their work. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, and I really appreciated the customer service throughout the entire process. Special shoutout to Mike, who was especially awesome to work with! Even though it took longer than expected, I would absolutely go back to them again. 10/10 recommend!
