Mike Adams from the Idaho Falls shop went above and beyond to get my Toyota 4Runner repaired It looks and drives great. He kept me posted throughout the process and helped get the rental car checked in and back to Enterprise. Great job!!

It was delayed multiple time from three weeks to four months they wouldn’t tell me that it wasn’t ready till two or three day before I was supposed to pick it up even though they knew about two weeks in advance

Very nice people friendly. The time they took on the car to me was extremely long and then telling me that my car was in the car wash and I still had grease on the passenger side. I just was not impressed.

The trunk that they fixed is not flush with where it’s supposed to be. The bumper looks amazing. I was told two times that my car was being washed when I got the car back. There was grease on the passenger side of the car. The battery that was in our car was five years old so we needed a new battery that was not their fault but nothing could be calibrated on my car until we got a new battery. They were good with updates of what was going on with my car, but overall, I am not impressed with the trunk, not being flush with the back end of the car.

Mike was so amazing to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. He made sure my vehicle was completed in a timely manner actually a day ahead of schedule. I brought my second damaged car to be fixed at caliber solely because of his kindness and professionalism. He even bought a small hot wheels car like my car he goes above and beyond and I will refer and continue to use caliber. Thank you Mike for making my car look great again.
