1. Professionalism of the staff. 2. Speed - repairs were done in less time that was estimated. 3. Repairs were done perfectly. You cannot see any difference from when the vehicle was new. 4. It good to find someone today that still has the same attention to details as they had when I last needed their services 9 year ago.

The only thing that was frustrating was the miscommunication. One text extending the pick up date.. (which was correct).. within a few minutes a text saying the van was ready... it was not.. Thankfully got a call from Daniel telling me the 1st text was correct.. But I had to communicate to both Progressive and Enterprise that the van HAD NOT BEEN PICKED UP... and the rental car was still needed... both places seemed to understand and was good about it.. but for someone who does not use rental cars and such it was frustrating trying to be sure everyone knew what was going on after the 2nd text.. otherwise.. everything was good...
