I didn't mention any of this to the technician until after I got the car back and they called me. The right side passenger light is off line a little and the turning action with that light doesn't move. Everything else was good. Car looks new

I picked it up around 515pm went to work picked up my work bag. Otw home almost half block its telling me to shut off engine it was overheating. Im in a real situation when I have to leave to Atlanta airport in the morning. Please have Tristan give me a call. Thanks

The damage I took my car in for was repaired fine. What I failed to notice when picking it up was the damage to the passenger fender and wheel cover that was not there when I dropped it off at Caliber. The damage from the accident was along the driver side of the vehicle so I didn't bother looking at the passenger side when I picked it up. The fender and the wheel cover was damaged from either running into something or someone pushing something by the car and hitting it. The fender and wheel cover are too damaged for the perpetrator not to have noticed, whoever it was decided not to say anything.

I was told I was at the wrong location and was sent to the location on Greenville street to then be told I needed to go back to the Liberty Hwy location. The receptionist apologized but it was definitely an inconvenience and made me miss an existing appointment.

Their work is great. The people up front at reception desk are so friendly and helpful and MacKenzie at checking the car in keeps you informed through the entire process and has a great personality. I would highly recommend going here for a great overall experience.
