It Would be nice if the process was faster and it would be good if you made sure the customer's battery wasn't dead for a month, and phone skills could be improved I was on hold for so long that you guys forgot why I was on hold

The left tail light was not properly latched and was sticking out a little bit. There were two small chips in the paint where the trunk lid met the car body that had not been touched up. Both items were fix before we left the shop causing a total delay of about 30 - 40 minutes before we left. Otherwise we were very satisfied. You could not tell there had been any repairs.
