I was disappointed of the process, i had to make an appointment prior to my vehicle being repaired. I knew who I wanted to repair my vehicle and it was a inconvenience for me to bring my vehicle twice.

The shop makes promises that they donât keep. While waiting in the lobby I heard them on the phone with other customers making excuses for delays. I wasnât the only customer who they screwed over.
