The Toyota was given back to me with a dead battery so I had to spend $280 on a new battery just to get back on the road after waiting on the repair. After reviewing the dash cam footage in the truck, the truck was not turned off all of the way and was left in accessory mode in the shop and had almost an hour of footage with the engine turned off but the battery still on powering the dash cam. Very disappointing because the actual body work was extremely well done.

Unless they really enjoy going to advanced auto parts to spend $300 on a battery after waiting for their car to be ready then probably not

Gave me my car back with dead battery, have dashcam video proof that the car was left in accessory mode, horrible experience.

Sent me off with a dead battery, no accountability, no help, they just jumped the car and sent me on my way saying that they hope I had a warranty on my battery since I had no issues before the service.

The customer service provided by Daniel and the front desk ladies was exceptional. They made what would have been an otherwise stressful experience so easy, and the repairs looked amazing. If I ever need repairs again, I will absolutely return to Caliber Collision.
