Sabrina did an excellent job at keeping us updated throughout the repair process. Also, there was an issue with insurance in getting scheduled initially and Crystal took care of it and kept us informed timely throughout the scheduling process.

I was not satisfied because I wasn't informed that you couldn't fix my car due to a salvaged title until 4 days after it was dropped off . Now its Friday and will be the first of next week before I can get my car to another shop which will put me longer without my car . I feel as if this should of been discussed when I dropped the car off on Tuesday.
