I have only driven Ms. Ruby home. Looks beautiful. I didn't feel any issues on the way home. I was impressed with the short length of Time in the shop. Sam, the mechanic in charge of the repairs, was especially professional and personable as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Caliber Collision. My vehicle was taken in for repairs following a rear-end collision and was returned with issues that did not exist before the repair process. After receiving the vehicle back, I discovered water intrusion in the trunk area, specifically in the passenger-side rear compartment where electronic components are located. The vehicle has since required additional inspections and visits to BMW to diagnose the problem. BMW has confirmed that water is entering the trunk area while the vehicle is fully closed and sealed. In addition to the water intrusion, the vehicle's radio system became inoperative after the repairs. Prior to the collision and repair process, these issues were not present. What has been most frustrating is the amount of time, inconvenience, and effort required to seek answers and resolution. My family has been left without reliable use of the vehicle while multiple inspections and evaluations have been conducted. What should have been a straightforward repair has turned into an ongoing process with no final resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Caliber Collision. Customers deserve repairs that restore their vehicles to pre-loss condition, not additional problems that require further diagnosis and repair. This version is firm, professional, and focuses on the documented facts surrounding the repairs and water intrusion issue.

The cosmetics of the car were replaced with a used Door shell that has tarnished chrome and painted over. The paint is off a bit more lavender and a deep scratch on back panel was not buffed out but painted over. I specifically went over the following at drop off to Derek? I believe that’s his name. The front passenger window dislodged after hit and I had a friend prop it up inside with wood to keep car from being flooded from heavy rains after the wreck. The motor needed replacing is what I was told. The alignment was off after hit and a check light “check stabilitrack” was on after accident. The back tires on both sides were almost flat after wreck (13lbs and 16 lbs) and needed replacing. The car alignment and driving was rough after the wreck. I was stuck in traffic for more than 3 hrs after wreck and felt the difference immediately when I finally got on the highway coming from Clemson to Anderson. All of these issues were not repaired or replaced at all. The tires were inflated and washed by Caliber. They were flat within a day of the car being returned. They just reset the computer, did nothing at all about the “check stabilitizer”. No alignment was done. According to records the car was not driven or they would have noticed the alignment is off. The window on passenger side front was not repaired or replaced. It is still in the “up” position. I asked if the frame was checked as the truck lifted my passenger side up as he continued to try to move forward. Nothing was checked. There is spray paint on the bottom of the seatbelt inside the passenger front seat. I noted on paperwork when I was asked to sign it that I had not even seen my car yet when I signed. I discovered the window, tires and alignment on the drive home. I am disappointed in the experience, especially with the cost of using wrecked parts and the color mix. I contacted Josh with Progressive the next morning to note that my major concerns were the mechanics not so much the cosmetics. I had high expectations going in that the repairs would be done timely and completely. The billing is not lining up with what was done. I would like for the repairs to be done completely.
