Friendly people to work with. The car was repaired in a reasonable length of time and looks good. My biggest gripe has to do with communication. A few times I called the local number for updates but could not get thru by phone. My call would not get answered , i would be instructed to use the phone voice box that is full and cannot accept messages and hangs up after thanking you for using the new phone system, having a working voice messages would be a good start.
