Staff is polite but if you have to return numerous times for reworks, what good is a warranty? My time is money also. Had to extend rentals several times. Parts were mis-ordered causing delays or parts had supply chain issues. My Tundra’s front driver hub assembly and alignment of the cab to bed box is still in question after a 30+ day repair where the front bumper assembly was the only thing repaired and painted. Over promised and under delivered.
