i did not wont the whole jeep rebuilt but they replaced the condensor that tells me it could have affected the compressor also and they said that the hood had hail damage before,i had to beg to get them to paint the edge of it where the paint was coming off bottom line i wouldn't use them again.

all i needed was to replace the a.c compressor with a new one i bought not to hook it up but just hang it with the three or four bolts while the l.h fender was off also the radiator grill shell was also off making it a snap but refused because they didn't do the mechanical but they did put on the condenser which was mechanical so go figure.

I will definetely not recommend this new location at Anderson to anyone. The other location at Anderson was great though.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Caliber Anderson. I used the other Caliber at Anderson in the past, and they were great, but I had a bad experience with this new location. They installed a defective grill on my car, and I am very surprised how they even installed a part like that (significant paint issues). When I brought it up, they said they would change it. But they were extremely slow to reorder the part to reinstall another grill. After 10 days, I called again and asked about the status of the grill. Sabrina said that they do not know when it will come. My insurance adjuster told me that they did not order immediately and waited 6 days to order the part... I still do not know when (and if) my car will be fixed.
