Would have given a 10 but the process took longer than I was expecting to get the car repairs completed. I understand there were some issues with the paint booth and personnel and we were kept in a long when I called in at so I appreciated that.

Sabrina did an amazing job!! From the moment we brought my daughter's car in until she walked out with us to go over repairs, she was professional and answered all my questions. Cayla also was very informative when I called to ask questions. I hated that we needed car repairs, but Caliber made the process as painless as possible.
