Car repaired quickly and with quality. Unfortunately, I could not pick up car due to difference between what insurance company (of person that hit me) and Caliber thought repairs would cost. Follow-up was poor; meaning I would call for status, call insurance, call Caliber back, etc. Almost 1.5 weeks after repair complete I got my car back.

Replacing a bumper took 5 days
