All the workers were friendly and eager to help. I didn't have a good experience with Progressive Ins. and I was concerned about the service I would get from Caliber, but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent work. Had I known what good work they do, I would have inquired about fixing my rust spots. Of course, I would have paid for that. I will be happy to pass on to friends how pleased I was with your work and how comfortable I felt.

If I were in charge I would give everyone here at Caliber Collision here in Auburn, NY a RAISE everyone was nice, friendly, courteous and professional. Matter of fact this was my SECOND TIME being here, I came back because of the EXCELLENT SERVICE I knew I would get. THESE employees should be rewarded SOMEHOW or SOMEWAY for a JOB well DONE. PLEASE, PLEASE DO SOMETHING. EVEN a couple of LARGE PIZZAS would go a LONG ways.
