Customer service was great and the quality of the repair is very good.

The quality of the work was fantastic, but the wrong front bumper was put on the car. The car is a Honda Civic Si, a regular Civic bumper was put on.

Tom was fantastic! I was given a loaner without even having to ask. I was kept up to date on the timeline for the repairs.
