I was so pleased with the professionalism, kindness and flexibility of both the man, Adam, who was in charge of repairs on my car and also Angela at the front desk who made things easy for me. From my first phone call to Northside Collision I have been very impressed on how efficient the process was. I didn’t have to deal with the insurance companies as they took care of all that. From the moment ai dropped my vehicle off for the repair work, I was contacted daily with updates and new estimated time. Everyone was so friendly and helpful especially Angela!
