I’m giving the low satisfaction rating for the following reason. The damage that occurred at the dealership has a fisheye in the paint. I requested a scratch running through my back hatch be repaired and I stated each time I will pay for it. Your shop said no. Now I’ll find another body shop, be without my jeep for a second time. That’s added inconvenience that should not have happened.

The speed that everything was done was amazing. I am having a lot of rubbing and thunking when I brake. It is also shaking when I brake. This is not something that it was doing before the accident. Everyone has been very nice and the communication updates have been wonderful.
