I just picked up the car yesterday. There was a lot done. So far, everything looks very good.

Joanna was our primary contact. She was very good to deal with. I feel that what needed to be done was done in restoring my vehicle. She gave me assurance that if anything isn't quite right, it will be taken care of. The process, working directly with Amica and Northside seems to have been seamless. Also obtaining the rental through Northside was very convenient and worked out well as promised by Northside.

Actually - The service was wonderful. I can't say enough about that. The office manager was extremely helpful. The woman that did the opening taking pictures and the initial wright up couldn't be more professional. Mark kept me up to date on the repair while his team worked to get the job done. The young man that released the car back went over the details of the work done making sure I understood what was in the costs and detals of the paperwork

Not a 10 because of confusing electronic communication re status of car and, when I contacted the office via email to determine vehicle status, I did not receive a response as the estimator was on vacation. There was no follow-up until I made a phone call. The vehicle was ready one day past the promised date.
