Outstanding service on every level of the repair/business. Gary and his team took meticulous care on all aspects of the repair and handling of the vehicle. Customer Service from all involved was outstanding! The repair was done in less than two weeks and that included a holiday off day. I appreciate everything that this team did for me; Working with the insurance, keeping in touch with me, explaining everything. Spectacular job!

My experience with this team was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Melissa was always reaching out to me with updates & answered every single question I had. Everyone I interacted with was so personable and professional and really made me (and my car) feel cared for. They also offered to have me pick my car up at a location closer to my home than the one I originally dropped it off which meant a lot to me. Dealing with a car accident is such an annoying and daunting situation, but working with you guys really made a difference and raised the bar for my standard of customer service. Thank you guys!!!

Everyone was supportive and kind at the Cicero shop. Gary, in particular, took extra time to explain repairs and make sure our car was 100% ready, including coming into work early to make sure we could pick up our car on time. We truly appreciate everyone there at the Cicero Caliber shop.

Melissa our service rep/ the store manager are amazing; they were very responsive when I had questions and kept my informed with the entire process. I never had to question what was going on with my car
