I had a great experience with Caliber Collision! Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent—they kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. They were also very efficient and got everything done in a timely manner without making the process feel stressful. I really appreciated how professional, helpful, and organized everyone was. Every employee we dealt with was professional, courteous and competent. Each one was able to answer questions thoroughly and had an air of “The customer comes first.” I have not had a need for work at a body shop in many years….the folks at Caliber have given me confidence that a good repair can be made in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. Drew and Chris were particularly attentive and the receptionist/clerk had all the paperwork completed with a smile. Thank you!

I had very little communication other than me calling. I kept being told this certain day my car was gonna be done and would set up for a ride to go get it and then it would be that day that I get told no my car is not gonna be done. They had my car for a month and when Kreis told me he was gonna call enterprise and let them know that he was going to get it so caliber was covering my rental. He did not call the only reason enterprise now was because I went in there. My experience was very unprofessional. I was told at the very end that I was being charged for a tire after I told the two people that work at caliber that I had brand new tires for my car. They did not need to buy any. I am very unhappy with the experience that I had and will no longer be using this location after they finish my car because they’re waiting on another part that will not be available for 5 to 6 days.
