Friendly, communicative, transparent. Text updates were very convenient, never felt the need to call for updates (like i usually do with automotive repair places). Car was returned clean and fixed— you guys were very thorough and did a great job. Will be choosing your shop again in the future and recommending it to others that need similar services.

Everyone from the moment you walk into calliber was outstanding! Mark was wonderful with the estimate and moved things along! I was kept well informed on where they were in regards to completion of my vehicle! I would like to mention Chris who walked me out to my finished vehicle showing me everything that was done, asking me if everything looked good! The work was outstanding and prestine! From the minute I walked into caliber I was treated with friendly professional staff! Mark was fantastic getting my estimate done so quickly! When the job was done, I was completely satisfied as Chris walked me out to my Jeep explaining everything that was done! Chris was fantastic if he did the work I must say excellent JOB !! Very reactive to updates and communications. They went above and beyond to get the part for my car to get it completed on date promised. They also stayed on Friday till after 6:00 PM on weekend just before the Cmas holiday to accommodate me picking up the car. They even buffed it out and cleaned it up. Very courteous and professional!
