Couldn't ask for a better group of mechanics and receptionist Chris, Brian, Jan and workers. Very friendly, personal and knowledgeable. Awesome team. Keep you informed from start to finish. This is the place to go with any automotive repairs. From start to Finish I was informed throughout the whole process . Repairs were done ahead of schedule and Chris and his staff were awesome with a fair price that didn’t change from initial estimate to when I picked up my vehicle . Paying out of pocket that was my biggest concern but Chris assured me it wouldn’t change and stood by his word . With a lifetime warranty on repairs this is 100 percent the place to go. Highly recommend. Thank you for getting my truck back to new again and done so Fast !!! The paint looks like show room finish and quality is high amazing work. Start to Finish my experience with Caliber Collision has been TOP NOTCH! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted by a friendly and reassuring face. Janet was cordially inviting and prompt to get our information and get our vehicle into the system and ready for repairs. Dominic and Chris gave our car a thorough inspection of the repairs that were needed to complete a safe and satisfactory job and they were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done. Any questions we had they were quick to answer and explain in detail why certain parts needed replaced and the process involved in repairing those aspects of the job. We felt like family and leaving our car was like leaving it with a trusted family member. Throughout the process we were updated frequently by Dominic about the status of our vehicles repair, from initial breakdown, to repair, paint and even when it was reassembled and washed! We never needed to worry about what stage of repairs our vehicle was in. A+ customer service and work was finished ahead of schedule Upon arrival to pick up our vehicle, we saw it staged out front and it was almost unrecognizable. It looked better than the day we purchased it. The craftsmanship from body to paint is immaculate. The exterior was beautifully washed and polished and the interior was fully detailed with that new car smell. They really know how to take care of their customers and make you feel like you and your vehicle is TOP PRIORITY! My experience with Caliber Collision has been nothing short of Completely Satisfied
