I am not satisfied with my repair for three reasons. Number one, my steering is still not right. It seems like it is not centered and what I mean by that it still wants to pull to the left. I am going to my trusted alignment specialist mechanic and getting a second opinion. My second reason is my driver side running board looks worse now then when I dropped it off on January 26th. Even through it had a rust spot on top it seemed like the scratches from the collision was buffed along with the whole running board making that little spot worse. My third is the detailing was not good at all. It looks great at the eye level but at the far bottom where the running boards are, was not washed. Also too there are light scratches in the paint along the box. I would like to thank you for your time in reading this complaint.

I am disappointed in the repair of my 2020 Ram truck. Why I am disappointed is because of the alignment. When I picked up my truck after about a month of being in the shop I noticed my truck still pulling to the left. It seem like my truck was never aligned properly after a front end collision. I did make an appointment with an alignment specialist in Auburn, NY who discovered that the caster and crumper were not tightened at all and were loose. He also discovered that the toe on the driverside was way off also, like there was no alignment to begin with. I am also disappointed in the detailing of the truck due to who ever washed it, left the complete bottom of the truck muddy and dirty, like a tiger stripe along the bottom.
