The whole repair process was seamless. I especially appreciated the text messages to update me on my vehicle’s progress. I also love that they cleaned the interior. It’s like a brand new car!

Rude female on the phone. Told another coworker that I was “freaking out” when I asked about when my car would be ready. This was absolutely not true and I called her out on it. She apologized, but it was still very unprofessional and unfriendly and completely unacceptable
