When I got to the shop on The day we scheduled to get the car repaired, they told me I would need to leave the car for the entire day. I had no ride to get back home, so I had to reschedule for another day. Other than that, they did a good job and were good to work with.

My wife and I had a great experience using caliber. My van was hit from behind. Causing some damage to the bumper and back hatch. Also a flat tire. It was finished in about 2 weeks. I enjoyed the text message updates! That was really helpful, not having to call to get updates I would just get them sent to me. Each time I was there, everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Once my van was complete and I went to pick it up. I was pleasantly surprised it was washed, inside was vacuumed and wiped down and smelled nice to boot! I will definitely recommend caliber to anyone needing vehicle repair!
