Tom was AMAZING to work with. Liberty Mutual would only cover part of the damage to my car following an accident. Tom was relentless with the insurance company fighting to get everything fixed and in the end when LM would only cover a portion of the damage Caliber fixed the rest free of charge! We are so grateful for his kindness in a very stressful time! Will recommend Caliber to everyone!

Everyone has options as to where get damaged vehicles repaired. I had a need for expedited service and Caliber Collison was the only one who could meet this need. Even with the estimated time frame of 3 weeks to finish, they had my vehicle done within 8 days and it looked like brand new. I was even kept up to speed with text notifications throughout the repairs. Superb job, excellent customer service and great turn around time. I highly recommend Caliber Collison to all and will always come to these guys only in the future. Randy

They did everything that they were allowed to fix. The passenger side mirror and door were not done even though it was part of the accident.

Apparently the removal and reset of the box interrupted the sensor for the trailer battery charging. This needs a factory reset, which will be done shortly. On the plus side Caliber stated that they will cover the cost of this repair. The only reason for a rating of less than 10 is the time inconvenience of getting this reset done. Other than that the work was great, the vehicle was basically finished within the projected time frame and communication was good.

Tom explained everything they would need to do when I dropped off the car. I received updates all along the way. The car looks fantastic, the repair is seamless. They also vacuumed and cleaned my car which was a huge surprise! I will definitely refer anyone to Caliber that needs work done.

They did a very good job with the work making it look new! They were very critical in making sure all the areas were fixed and put back to they way they should be. They did a nice job on this and I appreciate all they did! They office team did a good job in making sure that I was updated and had everything I needed to move forward with getting this done!
