Outstanding job!! my car looks brand new again! John and Jessica were so helpful explaining everything and dealing with my insurance company, so I wouldn't have to deal with the stress of it all. The screws behind the piece of the tire are black that was on there but the ones the shop used is silver. I don’t like that. It’s looks very tacky

Caliber did a great job on repairing the damage to my car, but while it was in their care, the radio started malfunctioning and they did not tell me until after I picked it up. I have to take in somewhere else to get fixed and it may have to come out of pocket.

Thumbs up to Caliber Collision. First, I was uncomfortable driving a damaged car, Mrs Gavins accepted to keep it even though my insurance did not yet assign the job to Caliber. As soon as my job got accepted by the insurance, Caliber Collision assigned Mr. Willis as a point of contact. I was kept informed throughout the repair and invited to ask any questions I may have. Mr. Willis advised about issues independent from their job. Furthermore, my car was ready 5 day ahead of the promised completion date. The repair was perfect. The full cost was less that a competitor who provided me an estimate. Overall, the process was smooth. Thanks to Mrs Gavins and Mr. Willis.
