Very good experience, work was done well. Communication was good but the only minor complaint is with all the (almost daily) text updates none of my responses to the texts were actually answered except for one at the very end after the estimated completion date was extended a day. Other than that, we are very pleased.

I will not use this particular Caliber location again. I have used Caliber before and had great dealings with your company, but the particular location I dealt with for the last accident I was in was deficient in EVERY WAY.

It is ok to say that you can't do a repair or deal with an insurance company that you don't regularly work with. Do not accept a job leave it unfinished and take 3+ weeks to get the vehicle back to the owner.

Jessica is very pleasurable to deal with! She is so kind and quick to help where she can! Logan in the shop is a very nice guy, who took time to talk with me about my vehicle and give me the run down of the damages. I had a very nice conversation with Logan about his career and he seems to be very passionate about his job! Caliber Collision in Auburn gets a 10/10 !

Since I just got my car back I can't answer truthfully about how well the work was done, but right now it looks and rides very well. Also, I saw you replaced the damaged Michellan tire with the same. That was very good. In a few months I can tell you more.
