My bumper is darker than the car. My headlight is not flushed, the bumper is not flushed, the gasket around my hood has a spot that isnt correct. I got in my car and there were grease (finger and hand) stains on rail by the door and the headrest. I took my car back to get the issue fixed but realized they didnt want to listen to and keep trying to explain why my bumper would be darker. Ive had bumpers repainted and never have they turned out darker than the car. NOT SATISFIED. I do not recommend and will NEVER used them again.

Absolutely recommend Caliber! The team was super friendly and helpful from the start. They kept me updated by text throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. My car came back looking amazing — honestly even better than before the accident. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you ever need repairs done!

From the very beginning of my contact with the staff at Caliber Collision, they were extremely helpful and courteous. They worked well with the insurance company, advocating for what needed to be done to our vehicle. They were available to answer questions about the estimate, which was revised after inspecting the car more closely. During the repair process, I was informed about their progress every other day. All the staff, especially Levi and John, were extremely helpful. Repairs were done to our complete satisfaction and they worked with their office worked with the car rental company seamlessly. Bravo to this new business in Auburn!!

I am so very glad we chose Caliber Collision. We were told when to expect the job on our car to be completed but it was finished sooner than expected. The staff were so very very helpful. We will choose this place again for car repairs.

The Auburn location was professional from beginning to end. There was never a time I was unaware of the status of my repair. All of the staff were communicative and professional. My repairs loom great and they left the car in far better condition than I took it to them. 5 out of 5 stars!
